AREVA, meanwhile, has a range of experience in the planning of decommissioning and in the dismantling of light water reactors (LWRs), including BWRs, at nuclear power plants in Europe and the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Several electric power companies in Japan have announced their intention to decommission some of their NPPs.
